Minden Hills is planning the event for the Pan Am Games torch relay, but they need someone to carry the torch. Anyone 13 and older can apply through the Toronto Pan Am Games website. Minden’s heritage will be the focus of the event when the torch comes through in June. Minden Hills is the site of the Canoe/Kayak Slalom event for the games happening in July. Deadline to submit an application is December first.
