The province is holding an Ontario-wide competition for high school students to submit a business pitch. TLDSB District Principal of Secondary School Improvement, David Scornberger says they’re making students aware of the competition through their Specialist High Skills Major Program.

Scornberger says the program gets a “red seal” which makes the student appealing to any employer.

Scornberger says that competitions like the Young Entrepreneurs, Make Your Pitch fit nicely with their program because it encourages students and gives them the confidence they need to succeed.
