CARNARVON,ON- A structure fire in Algonquin Highlands closed Hwy 35 for a short time yesterday afternoon.
Firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze at the Pines on Boshkung and save the structure.
There was extensive smoke damage to the home and although a family pet was lost, no other injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
