A certain amount of change was in the air at today’s Dysart et al inaugural ceremony. All the councilors were sworn in, except Ward 5 councilor Walt McKechnie who was away. Derek Knowles is the new ward 2 councilor and he said he felt during the election that people were calling for change, and it’s something this council should follow through on. Reeve Murray Fearrey agreed, and after each councilor spoke, said he was glad everyone was on the same page.
