A new coronavirus case in the City of Kawartha Lakes brings the total number of cases in the HKPR Health Unit district to 25, with no confirmed cases in Haliburton County to date.
For residents living in the north east part of the county, that work and shop in Bancroft and in Hastings and Prince Edward counties, there are 5 cases of lab confirmed coronavirus in the health district, one individual from Bancroft.
Three individuals had been travelling and two cases were in close contact with COVID-19 carriers.
All are in self-isolation and being monitored by health authorities.
