A months long investigation leads to fraud charges for two Minden women.
Haliburton Highlands OPP began investigating possible fraud at a local business in December 2019.
The businesses manager contacted police after noting inconsistencies with financial documents and invoices.
As a result of the investigation one 39 year old woman was charged with 10 counts of fraud and 10 counts of use, deals and acts on forged documents and a 32 year old woman was charged with 21 counts of fraud and 21 counts of making forged documents.
The accused are scheduled to appear in court in Minden July 8.
