A newly sworn in Highlands East council has voted for Suzanne Partridge to sit as Deputy-Reeve for another term. They made the decision at yesterday’s meeting along with passing the resolution to move forward with some funding applications. If approved, the municipality could see money go towards the East Irondale Bridge and replacing the watermain for the Cardiff Drinking Water System. They also discussed changing the location of council meetings to the new library. That decision will be made at the next council meeting on January 26.
