Instead of 12 Days of Christmas, Dysart Fire Chief Miles Maughan is sending out 12 Days of Holiday Safety. One of the messages he’s giving to residents is to be safe when it comes to using space heaters in your home.

Maughan says most heaters are not safe to keep on overnight, but there is a feature you can look for.
