The Minden Food Centre has received several pallets of prepared emergency hampers from Feed Ontario.
To help everyone affected by the COVID- pandemic, the hampers will be distributed to non food bank clients starting this Thursday, May 14.
Hampers can be picked up from the Minden Food Centre on Newcastle Street, from 10 am until 2 pm on Thursdays and Tuesdays. Call Joanne at (705) 286-6838 if you have a transportation problem.
Write your name, physical address, phone number, and the number of adults and children in your household, when you come to pick up a hamper.
Regular food bank clients can pick up their emergency hamper along with their monthly grocery order.
