Dysart’s Emergency Control Group has decided to open the Kennisis Lake and West Bay landfills.
Following the advise of Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health, the province has eased pandemic restrictions.
Effective Saturday May 16 both landfills will be open to receive household waste and recycling only.
No cash transactions will be permitted and social distancing must be maintained around others visiting the landfill.
