Haliburton County has a new case of COVID-19.
This brings the county total to 11, with 10 cases recovered.
According to the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit, there has also been a ‘current high risk contact ‘identified. This contact is defined as someone who has no symptoms of the virus, but are known to have been in contact with the person who has recently tested positive.
The individual with the newest case of COViD-19 has not been hospitalized, but is in isolation.
