Tobacco Control Officer, Kris Kadwell explains the Health Unit’s role in the new changes.[sc_embed_player fileurl=”http://cfzn.moosefm.com/news/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/HKPR-SMOKING-BAN-1.mp3″]The changes to the Smoke Free Ontario Act mean smoking is not allowed on restaurant and bar patios, as well as within 20 meters of public playgrounds and sports fields.
