Details of a fatal crash have come forward from Haliburton Highlands OPP. It happened on Saturday morning around 8am on Highway 35 at Ravine Road. According to the investigation, the car was travelling north when it couldn’t negotiate a turn and ended up rolled over on the passenger side in the ditch. The driver, 81 year old James Corbett from Coboconk died from his injuries in the crash. No one else was in the car and it was the only vehicle involved.
Haliburton Highlands OPP, Minden Hills Fire Department, Haliburton County Paramedics and the Technical Traffic Collisions Investigators all assisted in the investigation.
