Highlands East council has agreed to donate funds to the Haliburton ATV Association. At today’s meeting, council agreed to support up to 75 hundred dollars for the installation of two bridges on the north trail off 503. The money will come from the funds for the Greens Mountain Project. Two more requests this morning had council appointing two new committees of council. The Cardiff Community Association will host community events, and the Fire Heritage Committee will work on restoring an old fire truck for parades and events.
