Health Unit reports one new case of COVID-19 in Haliburton

One new case of COVID-19 is being reported in Haliburton by the Health Unit.

The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit has marked one more case as resolved though, so it lowers the active case count to five in Haliburton.

There have been a total of 47 cases of the coronavirus locally with 42 of them marked as resolved by the Health Unit and no deaths.

The Health Unit has reported a total of 818 COVID-19 cases over the weekend between Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes (408), and Northumberland (363). In Kawartha Lakes, 314 cases have been resolved and 26 people have died. For Northumberland, the Health Unit says 331 cases have been resolved and six people have died.
