NewsOntario adds just over 1,000 new COVID-19 cases for second straight day SHARE ON: Casey Kenny, staff Wednesday, Feb. 10th, 2021 (Supplied by Pixabay)Ontario is reporting just over 1,000 new COVID-19 cases for a second straight day.Updated data shows the province added 1,072 cases on Wednesday.Sixty-six per cent of the new cases are in the hot spots around the GTHA.Over 52,500 tests were completed over the last day while 261,700 people have now recovered.Another 41 people have died.Test positivity, the percentage of tests coming back positive, is at 2.5 per cent.
