Unresolved case count down to one in Haliburton

The Health Unit is reporting one unresolved case of COVID-19 remains in Haliburton.

No new cases of the coronavirus were reported locally Wednesday by the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit (HKPR). A total of 51 cases of the virus have been reported in Haliburton since the pandemic began.

One new case was reported in Kawartha Lakes and three were reported in Northumberland. There are 25 unresolved cases in Kawartha and 19 in Northumberland.

Test positivity throughout HKPR’s medical region is at 1.06-percent based on the 702 tests done over the past week.
