News OPP send safety reminder after three reported snowmobile deaths this year SHARE ON: Smith Autumn, contributor, Friday, Jan. 16th, 2015 The OPP is reminding snowmobilers to be safe on our trails. January 17th to the 25th is Snowmobile Safety Week and police are partnering up the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs (OFSC) to get the word out about safety. This season there have been three reported snowmobiling deaths so far. Police are asking you to be safe. McCormack also says snowmobilers have an important role to play.
