Two new COVID-19 cases and three recoveries were reported in the County of Haliburton on Tuesday.
That puts Haliburton at seven active cases of the virus with 16 people currently identified as high-risk contacts.
The local health unit added 41 new cases and 11 recoveries in Northumberland bringing it to 63 active cases with another 165 identified as high-risk contacts.
In Kawartha Lakes, two new cases and eight recoveries were added placing that city at 22 active cases with 56 high-risk contacts identified.
Two more people were admitted to the hospital with COVID-19 over the past two days, one in Kawartha and one in Northumberland.
Five more people tested positive for a variant of concern in Kawartha Lakes and ten more in Northumberland.
