Our riding’s Liberal party has another MP candidate for nomination. Lance Sherk just joined the race and he’s launching his campaign tonight in Lindsay. Sherk is the Director of Economic Development for the City of Kawartha Lakes and former Planning Administrator with the Township of Minden Hills. Sherk says the main issue that needs to be addressed in our riding is infrastructure renewal including the Trent Severn Waterway.
Sherk’s campaign launch is tonight in Lindsay. He joins the race for nomination against David Marquis. The liberal association will have to vote on one candidate to represent our riding in this year’s federal election.
