Local Dietitian Elsie Azevedo Perry says if you’re New Year’s Resolution is a little out of sight, there’s still plenty of time to achieve your goal. Azevedo Perry says people who were aiming to eat healthier in 2015 signed up for something that is a gradual process, so it’s easy to slip up now and then. She says keeping a food journal will help keep you on track. She also suggests staying away from cleanses, detoxes and fad diets because they haven’t been proven to work and can have negative effects. To find more tips from Azevedo Perry, click here.
