Local dietitian gives tips to get back on track with your New Year’s Resolution

Local Dietitian Elsie Azevedo Perry says if you’re New Year’s Resolution is a little out of sight, there’s still plenty of time to achieve your goal. Azevedo Perry says people who were aiming to eat healthier in 2015 signed up for something that is a gradual process, so it’s easy to slip up now and then. She says keeping a food journal will help keep you on track.
