Today’s Committee of the Whole Meeting in Minden Hills will have some important discussions. The Toronto Algonquin Greenway will be making a presentation and councilors will also be discussing a new Community Grant policy. This policy is coming forward after the last meeting where council talked about 60 thousand dollars in their budget for grants to community organizations. The new policy will outline when grants will be given and what organizations are eligible to receive it. Discussions will happen today and final approve is set to happen at the February 26 meeting.
