The owner of a dog that bit a Minden resident and his canine has resulted in that person being charged under the Dog Owners Liability Act.
This occurred on October 30th just after 6 pm at an address in Minden Hills Township. OPP arrived on scene and found that the victim and his dog had both received bite wounds from the other dog.
The victim was transported to hospital to have his injuries treated. As a result of the investigation the owner of the dog that bit the individual has been charged with an offence contrary to the Dog Owners Liability Act.
