Haliburton Highlands OPP is searching for 89-year-old Joseph McGee of Minden Hills Township.
He was reported missing on Dec. 3.
Sgt. Robert Simpson with the Central Region OPP describes McGee as a white male, around 5’10” tall, weighing around 180 lbs., with blue eyes, balding, grey hair and a beard. He was last seen driving a dark green Subaru Outback with Ontario license plate BTSY 146 on Dec. 3 in the Minden area.
He says McGee was possibly wearing black boots with no laces, blue jeans, a white sweatshirt with the word “cutty” on the chest, with a blue collared shirt underneath, as well as a blue fleece jacket with a gold band across the chest, and an Ottawa Senators hat.
Simpson says the police are concerned for his well-being and ask anyone with information to call the Haliburton Highlands OPP detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
