Hydro One is reporting the outage in the Haliburton area has been fixed, and power has been restored to over 270 customers.

Over 270 Hydro One customers are without power in the Haliburton area. The outages stretch from Ridgeview Road through to Outlet Bay and east to Spruce Lake. Estimated times of restoration vary from noon to 2 PM on December 23rd. Some areas have not been given an estimated restoration time as crews are still assessing the damage.
