Haliburton Highlands OPP says the initial crime happened the early morning of April 3, when a lone person robbed a Hops Drive business at knifepoint, making away with cash and alcohol.
Officials say the suspect was caught April 26 at a business on Highway 35 in Minden Hills, after an employee reported suspicious activity to police.
The accused is being charged with both robbery and attempted robbery with a weapon, as well as other offences. He was scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on Thursday.
