Two All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) have been stolen in Minden over the past week.
Haliburton Highlands OPP says the first happened at a home on Stouffer St. between 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 15 and 1:00 p.m. the next day. Police describe it as a red 2007 Honda with licence plate 65PL3. The second was at a West Rd. home overnight on Sept. 18— a red 2022 Honda with licence 4XR71.
Officials ask anyone with information on the incidents to call Haliburton Highlands OPP at 705-286-1431 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
Police also encourage residents to consider protecting their ATV by using a locking device, storing vehicles out of sight, and installing a security system or tracking device.
