An organization that promotes tourism in our region hopes those in the business will attend an event to hear more about some of its projects.

The Ontario Highlands Tourism Organization (OHTO) is hosting its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 17. It’s from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and it’s being conducted virtually, through Zoom.

OHTO says tourism operators and stakeholders can attend, whether they’re members of the organization or not.

At the event, attendees will learn more about OHTO’s “Locally Inspired” campaign, which highlights the work of some local tourism ambassadors.
