Haliburton Highlands OPP is investigating a fatal single vehicle collision that happened on Windover Drive in Minden Saturday afternoon.
Police say a 55-year-old woman from Queensville, ON was a passenger in a side-by-side off road vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
As a part of the on-going investigation police have arrested and charged the driver, a 55-year-old Queensville man, with operation while impaired and operation causing death.
The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven and will appear in Minden court in December.
