After an extensive recruitment process, the township of Minden Hills has hired a new Chief Administrative Officer.
Council announced the hiring of Cynthia Fletcher effective November 23.
Officials share Fletcher brings with her over 25 years of senior leadership experience in the public and municipal sectors, with multi-level experience in strategic leadership, planning, development, infrastructure, and operational excellence.
