The Haliburton County Snowmobile Association (HCSA) has a new emergency rescue and work snowmobile.
“The new Ski-Doo model Skandic is critical to keeping people safe,” says Club President Neil Vanderstoop. “If the need arises to rescue one of our trail groomer operators or a volunteer at any hour, we will have a very dependable piece of equipment.”
The HCSA’s new snowmobile will also be used for trail work such as snow packing, as well as trail sign and trail marker installation.
