The online application process for the Short-Term Rental License is now available on the Township of Minden Hills’ website.
The township passed its Short-Term Rental By-law effective October 1.
Officials say applications will only be processed online, and you can find more information regarding the process and needed documentation on their website.
The township says the short-term rental program was initiated to address community concerns and to ensure all rentals operate safely in accordance with the Fire Protection Standards, the Ontario Building Code and Township By-laws.
