Canada’s students would have elected Conservative minority

The political landscape would’ve been much different if the Student Canada Vote results rang true.
Nationally, the Conservatives would have a minority government, with 162 seats – including leader Pierre Poilievre winning his riding in the student vote.
The Liberals would be the official opposition with 149 seats.
The Bloc Quebecois won 17 ridings, the NDP garnered 13 with the Green Party picking up two seats.
Locally, Conservative Scott Aitchison would have been re-elected with 45% of the student vote.
More than 925,000, intermediate and high school students at more than six-thousand schools in all 343 ridings cast ballots.
A full breakdown of the student vote can be found here.
