SIRCH Community Services is launching a new program today called Cook it Up where anyone can enjoy a free meal.
It’s so food service trainees can get experience and hone their skills. It’s also an experience in kindness. People can donate money to the program as a pay-it-forward option.
It’s happening every Monday until May at Baked and Battered in Haliburton from 11 o’clock until three o’clock.
