Plans are moving forward despite the Haliburton Highlands Land Trust losing their executive director. Larry O’Connor resigned from his post last week, and Chair of the board, Dianne Mathes says they are in the process of planning next steps for the position.
In the meantime, they are moving along in their plans for spring, including ending their plant sale tomorrow, planning an event for Earth Day, and the start of the next phase in the turtle road mortality project.
