You’ll get a chance to have your say in the new Official Plan for Haliburton County. Staff is going through the process of updating it now, including getting information from different ministries about area lakes and land.
The official plan outlines policies for how land is used in the community so councils have something to follow when it comes to planning and development.
A public meeting will be on April 29 at the county council chambers in Minden. It starts at 1:00 p.m.
