Hydro One is reporting a power outage affecting close to 1000 customers in Dysart. Anyone along Gelert Road from Cty Rd. 21 to Ingoldsby Road is affected, and along Cty Rd. 21 from Highland St. to Soyers Lake Road.
A few local businesses have been affected as well, so make sure you call ahead before planning to go anywhere.
Crews are on scene and working on the issue. No word yet on the cause. Power is expected to be restored by 5:00 p.m.
