The Haliburton County Service Providers Network is giving people the chance to get more information about our Health Care System. An event is happening tomorrow called Navigating the Health Care System in Haliburton County.
Coordinator of Volunteer Resources, Brigitte Gebauer explains what it’s about:
The session is free to attend, and will include a panel discussion with representatives from across the County.
Gebauer says the session is part of an education series that includes a few different sessions. This is the second time they’ve offered this one, which she says was well received the first time. Since the integration of services at the hospital, the Network thought it would be a good time to offer this session again so people can have their questions answered.
Gebauer explains what the layout of the session will look like:
It’s happening tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. at the Haliburton legion, or 1:30 p.m. at the Zion United Church in Carnarvon. There’s not cost, but donations are appreciated. You can RSVP by calling 457-2941.
