A new way for people to get around Haliburton County is in the form of a website. The Rural Transportation Options Committee has launched their new website and committee member Heather Ross explains how it works:
Ross says it was a long process to get it going, but the group started looking at different transportation options in 2010. After doing research, they came up with the idea of the website in 2013. Ross explains where the idea came from:
