Four young men were commended at this morning’s council meeting for their heroic actions.
Cory Barry, Stuart Searle, Dalton Morrison and James Jones were driving down a rural road when they found Bill Timms stuck in his car that had been caught up in a washout.
The incident happened in 2013, and today OPP Constable Dianna Dauphinee gave them a letter of commendation from the Commissioner for their actions that resulted in saving a life.
