Free CPR Workshop will give skills to save a life

Haliburton County Paramedics are doing their best to make sure as many people as possible know CPR. They’re holding the bi-annual CPR Workshop this Tuesday for anyone to attend. Deputy-Chief Larry Blanchard explains why it’s crucial to know CPR:

Blanchard says they’ll also be showing people how to use the public access defibrillators which are located in public areas around the County. The workshop is free, but they do accept donations to help fund the program each year. To register, call 457-1616. It’s being held at the Haliburton Legion on Tuesday at 7pm.
