This weekend will mark the second year for the Highlands Food and Beverage Showcase, and the county’s tourism department is supporting it. Organizer Diane Dawson says it’s all about promoting culinary tourism in the Haliburton Highlands.
The showcase is happening this Saturday at Wintergreen Pancake Barn. All the proceeds from admission costs are going to support Help A Village Effort and the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation.
