A few items need to be discussed before the next scheduled meeting in Minden Hills, so they’re holding a special council meeting.
On July 16th, councilors will meet to make a decision on the proposal for a new generation station at the Horseshoe Lake Dam.
They will also look at the seven solar projects that Abundant Solar Energy proposed. That includes one which is beside the Rail Trail, so the company is asking if they can use that as a demonstration site. The meeting is open to the public.
