Police looking for federal inmate known to be around Bracebridge, Peterborough and Barrie

Officials are looking for an escaped federal inmante.  55-year-old Frank Spagnola was serving a near three year sentence for trafficking drugs. He is described as five foot four inches with a shaved head and goatee. Police say he has numerous tattoos, including “Rose”, “a Gravestone” and “Garfield” on his left arm, “Reaper” and an “Eagle” on his right arm.  Also has tattoos on his chest, abdomen, both legs, ankles, and his back.

Spagnola has served time in the past for manslaughter and assault and is considered a high risk to reoffend.

Spagnola is known to frequent many cities including Bracebridge, Barrie and Peterborough.

He is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant and anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers or 9-1-1.
