It was a busy 24 hours that had City of Kawartha Lakes OPP laying down charges for impaired driving, assault, and uttering threats. Between 5:00 p.m. Saturday night, and 2:00 a.m. Sunday morning, three calls led to the charges.
Two men were pulled over and charged with driving with alcohol in their system over the legal limit.
Another male, 21 years old, is facing the charges for assault and uttering threats after police responded to a call about a large fight at the Pattie House in Coboconk.
All three men have August court dates.
