A new cycling grant from the province has Haliburton County councillors applying for some funds. They want to use it to pave some shoulders on the roads they’re resurfacing in the next two years.
They could get up to 325 thousand dollars, as long as the county forks up the other 325 thousand.
It’s just an expression of interest right now. If they pass this stage, they’ll submit an application.
