A big collaborative effort that transformed the Elvin Johnson Park will be recognized at a ceremony tomorrow. Last year the park was rebuilt on a TV show called Giver, with the help of some local kids. The Township, local property owner’s association and the Ontario Trillium Foundation all helped make the transformation happen. Tomorrow is their neighbourhood fun day, and at 11:30 am, they’ll be doing an official recognition ceremony.
