A death investigation in Bobcaygeon is over, and no charges will be laid. It happened when 43 year old Robert Martin was the armed intruder into a home on Fall’s Bay Road. Police report that after a brief interaction with the homeowner, the intruder died.
It was a lengthy investigation that had highway 35 in Carnarvon closed for almost an entire day on July 15.
City of Kawartha Lakes OPP is not charging the homeowner.
