Lindsay pipe bomber granted bail

The man accused of planting a pipe bomb in downtown Lindsay has been granted bail. Alan Walsh 37, was arrested 4 days after he left the bomb in a backpack in a busy shopping area on November 30. Part of his bail conditions say he is banned from public appearances, he must stay away from certain people and Friendly restaurant on King Street. He’s also banned from possessing firearms and explosive materials. He’ll be back in court in January.
