A resident in Kawartha Lakes is regretting letting a sales person into their home after their medicine cabinet was ransacked.
OPP report the sales person wanted to give a quote on some work at the home, when they asked to use the washroom. Not long after, the home owner noticed the person was gone, and their medicine cabinet had been searched.
Police are asking residents to be careful who they let into their home, and in a similar situation, ask for ID.
